Pork Butt

One of the most versatile, delicious and affordable pork cuts, pork butt is well-marbled and delivers incredible flavor. Just remember to treat it simply and roast it slowly to draw the most flavor and sweetness out of the meat.

Pork butt is a preferred cut for barbecue, with pulled pork being the most common end result. Because of its large size, it can serve a large number of people, or provide plenty of delicious leftovers. However, it is also commonly sold in stores as “pork steaks,” which are wonderfully marbled for flavor.
