Classic BBQ Pork Chops
The name says it all - traditional pork BBQ flavor done up right.
- 4 Tender Choice® bone-in pork chops, about 1¼ inch thick
- ½ cup bottled barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- Dash hot pepper sauce
For the sauce: mix all ingredients except pork chops together in a small bowl. Place pork chops over direct heat above medium-hot coals. Grill chops for about 4-5 minutes, until nicely browned on one side; turn and brush liberally with sauce. Grill for 4-5 minutes more; turn and brush with more sauce. Grill for a few minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce, until internal temperature reaches 145° F on a meat thermometer. Discard any leftover sauce. Serve chops immediately.
