Italian Pork Chops
Crunchy and savory, these pork chops will have you dreaming of Tuscany with every bite.
- 4 Tender Choice® boneless pork chops
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine egg and milk. Soak pork chops in milk and egg mixture. Roll each chop in the bread crumbs making sure to coat completely. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chops until lightly browned. Place the boneless chops in a roaster pan with lid and bake for 1 hour. Remove pan from oven and top chops with the spaghetti sauce and mozzarella. Place pan back in the oven without the lid and broil for 3 minutes.
