Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin
If you′ve got 3 ingredients and 20 minutes, you′ve got a flavor-packed dinner.
- 1 whole Tender Choice® pork tenderloin, about 1 lb
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (red pepper) OR pepper blend seasoning
Rub tenderloin with both pepper seasonings, covering entire surface. Place in shallow roasting pan and roast in 425° F oven for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 155-160° F on a meat thermometer. Let roast rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
