Roasted Ham

Simply delicious, this recipe requires just salt, pepper, and the flavor of fresh ham.

Serves 25 to 30

  • 14-16 lb Tender Choice® Boneless Ham Roast
  • 2½ T kosher salt
  • ½ T black pepper
Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 300° F.
Remove ham from refrigerator; mix together salt and pepper and rub seasoning all over ham roast. Let the ham roast sit out at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Place ham in the oven in roasting pan and cook until an internal temperature of 145° F is reached on a meat thermometer (approximately 4½ hours). Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
Slice the meat into ½ inch slices and enjoy with suggested side dishes.
