Touchdown Tacos

Sirloin chops are served with a kick of cilantro and onion.

Serves 1 to 3

  • 4 Tender Choice® boneless pork sirloin chops (5-6 oz ea), cut ½ thick
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup oil, or as needed
  • 1 can (12 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained well
  • 24 soft corn tortillas
Cooking Directions:

Combine the onion and cilantro together then set aside. Cut pork into ¼ to ½ inch pieces; season with taco seasoning. Heat oil in a large sauté pan until almost smoking. Add chopped pork and cook until browned. Add pineapple to pan and cook until heated through. Serve in warm corn tortillas with onions and cilantro.
